Rotherham abuse survivors to share their stories at conference
Victims of child sexual exploitation in Rotherham are to share their stories at a major conference next month.
The event called ‘Coming Out of The Darkness’ will take place in Leeds on March 11.
It will also include speeches by Professor Alexis Jay and Louise Casey, who have both written reports on the issue of child grooming in the town.
Another keynote speaker is award-winning Times journalist Andrew Norfolk, who broke the Rotherham story in the national media.
